They know what they want and will do whatever it takes to rule with an iron fist or with words that misguide their followers to believe they are not bullies or dictators.  Who decides who is right or wrong, the many or the one.  When the many speak in unison in favor of an idea, theology, philosophy, opinion, candidate, or law.  Thy have the right to do so as long as it isn't inciting violence, hate, or breaking the laws of the land.
